Beehive Poets will be holding our last meeting of the year at Bradford City Library (Centenary Square, Bradford, BD1 1SD) at 7:00PM on Friday 6th December.
This month will feature Hannah Stone. Hannah is a London-born, Leeds-based poet who has published numerous collections and collaborations since completing an MA in Creative Writing at Leeds Trinity University a decade ago.
She convenes the poets/composers forum for the annual Leeds Lieder festival, compere opens mics for Wordspace in Horsforth, writes freelance for such organisations as Leeds Church Institute and also edits Dream Catcher literary journal.
Last year one of her poems from the Rhubarb anthology ‘Seconds’ was selected as Guardian Poem of the week. A retired academic, Hannah fills her non-poetry related hours with farm volunteering, singing and hillwalking.
