Explore the themes of the new exhibition Fighting to Be Heard, with family-friendly crafts, performances, and boxing skills.
We will be joined from 11.30 – 12.30 by exhibition co-creators, including World Champion Boxer Tasif Khan, calligrapher Razwan Ul-Haq and Daniel Lowe, Curator of Arabic Collections at the British Library who will talk about the making of Fighting to Be Heard.
Activities for all including family calligraphy workshop, Mehndi designs, recitals by young people from the Al-Mustafa Centre in Girlington and the chance to try boxing skills with the Tasif Khan Community Boxing Academy.
