Santa's Grotto 4:45-5:45pm. To help Santa's Elves manage the queue of excited children, Grotto Passes must be booked with each child's paid-for admission ticket. Time slot blocks are 4:45-5:00pm, 5:00-5:15pm, 5:15-5:30pm and 5:30-5:45pm.
