Celebrating Charlotte Brontë: A talk with Katherine Hobbs and Claire O’Callaghan

21 Apr 2025

19:30 - 20:30

The Brontë Parsonage Museum

On the anniversary of Charlotte’s birth, we dig deeper into the life and work of this 19th-century literary icon. Join public historian Katherine Hobbs, winner of the inaugural Brontë Studies essay prize, and author and scholar Claire O’Callaghan, editor of Brontë Studies, as we celebrate Charlotte Brontë and explore the complex and enduring legacy she left behind.

This is an online talk. If you can’t attend the live event, a recording will be sent out afterwards.
