Bingley Camera Club Meeting – Speaker Helen Williams

Bingley Camera Club has our first ‘proper’ meeting of the new season on 9th September at Bingley Methodist Church, 7 pm until 9 pm. We have an amazing speaker, professional photographer Helen Williams. We welcome new members. If you are interested in photography, why don’t you pop along to see if our club is for you. Harrogate-based photographer Helen Williams will be talking about her photographic journey. She’s been a professional photographer since starting out as a photo-journalist straight from university in 1998. In the early naughties she spent eight years as ITV’s in-house photographer, working daily on programmes such as Emmerdale, Heartbeat and A Touch of Frost. She went freelance in 2007 and also trained as a triathlete and started a family. She will talk about her wide variety of photographic challenges including portraits of athletes and celebrities.
