Baby Yoga is a wonderful way for parents and carers to boost their health and wellbeing and bond with their babies. Designed using standard yoga moves adapted specifically for babies, this class is suitable for anyone, including those new to yoga. Join the session at your own pace and pick up some simple exercises that you and your little one can both do at home.
We recommend that your baby has bare feet for the class. Please bring along a simple shawl or blanket if you can.
Please book separate tickets for yourself and any children attending.
