Half day workshop learning about how we can apply permaculture principles in our everyday life: – our wellbeing, event planning, education, gardening, leisure, work, Caring, aging – and so much more. Expect engaging learning through creativity and discussion. You will leave the workshop with an individualised plan of action about how you can use permaculture to live a life which can contribute towards compassionate care for both people and planet.

Kt Shepherd creatively combines her many years working alongside as a palliative care nurse, hill farmer and activist, with her passion for everyday permaculture design and learning.

Access at Salts Works

Salts Works is accessible for people using mobility aids, including wheelchairs. This includes an accessible toilet. There is also an accessible garden for anyone who needs a break from being indoors. Larger mobilty aids, for example outdoor scooters can be parked in the garden. Personal Assistants and Carers are welcome (free of charge) – please let me know if one will be accompanying you.

COVID 19

Please do not attend if you have symptoms of COVID 19 or any other viral type illness. Please take a COVID test the day befor the workshop if you are able to do so. You are encouraged to wear a mask if you are able to do so. There will be masks available (free of charge)
