The 3rd European Festival of Latvian Culture (ELKS) is taking place in Bradford from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 July with events taking place at various venues across city including a concert and pop-up market at Darley Street Market.
The festival which celebrates Latvian culture through music, dance, and other art forms has previously taken place in Brussels and Dublin.
The festival will be taking over the Market Courtyard for the whole weekend with a Latvian market and food stalls on Friday 18 July from 9am to 7pm, Saturday 19 July from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday 20 July from11am to 3pm.
A special Folklore Concert, featuring performances of traditional Latvian folk song and dance, and will also take place in the Market Courtyard on Friday from 7pm until 8.30pm.
Keep an eye out for a special flashmob performance, which will also be appearing at the market on Friday.
