Rebecca Riley of Yoga Limba, Leeds, will lead a 60–minute session, the benefits of which will stretch far beyond flexibility – reducing anxiety, boosting immunity, and helping you wind down after a busy and stimulating week at Bradford Literature Festival.
Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat.
