What to expect
This workshop will explain some of the process of how Testo came to be. We will look at inspirations and discuss how to grow an idea, covering everything from making 5 min act to a 50 min show.
Together we will think about set and structure development, take part in some writing exercises and dream big!
This workshop is aimed at drag artists new and established i.e those working with drag a medium.
There will be vegan snacks and soft drinks provided at this session. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and soft refreshments, please note Common Space is a BDS compliant space.
Access
Common Space is a step free venue with wheelchair access including a ramp to the stage.
There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom on the ground floor as well as baby changing facilities.
The ground floor also houses a quiet space and prayer room facilities. We use air purifiers in the space and mask wearing is supported although not compulsory.
