Bawren Tavaziva’s electrifying dance piece reimagines the Seven Deadly Sins for the 21st century.
Tavaziva Dance comes to The Beacon with Greed, an exhilarating dance piece set to an infectious soundtrack.
Greed is a dynamic retelling of the Seven Deadly Sins from choreographer Bawren Tavaziva, born in Zimbabwe and now based in the UK. The show considers the interplay of money, power and religion between African and Western cultures in the 21st century – performed by a cast of five dancers to a vibrant soundtrack.
First performed to great acclaim in 2013, Greed has been revised and remounted for 2025 – and will be performed in Bradford for the first time at the Beacon. Don’t miss it.
