Yorkshire Pudding and Pickled Cabbage is a solo exhibition of intuitive paintings by Alicja Mrozowska shaped by place, identity and play.
The exhibition marks the most expansive presentation of Alicja’s work to date and uses bold portraiture and playful abstraction to explores how place and experience inform who we are.
This exhibition also coincides with a solo show by artist Helina in the onsite cafe, Plenty at the Square. Helina’s work explores the intersection of faith, nature, mental wellbeing and personal reflection.
Work from artist collective, Unit 9, is on display in The Gallery Upstairs. This group show celebrates the diversity of people, places, landscapes and activities to be found in the Bradford district.
