This one-off installation delves into Bradford’s live music culture, bringing together a soundscape of music, conversation and interviews with live sound-art collaborations, accompanied by the amplified sounds of the bubbling, live-fermenting drink.
Edible Archives create memorable multisensory experiences that boldly explore heritage through the senses by bringing together food, drink, art and words.
