Bradford Queer Film Festival is delighted to present D.E.B.S (2004), dir. Angela Robinson.

Embedded in the SAT is a secret test that determines aptitude for espionage. Women who score highly on the test are recruited into D.E.B.S. (Discipline, Energy, Beauty, Strength), a clandestine paramilitary academy dripping in sass and camp.

When Janet, Dominique, Amy and Max are tasked by Ms. Petrie and Mr. Phipps, the heads of D.E.B.S., to surveil Lucy Diamond, a surprise romance blossoms….

Starring lesbian royalty Holland Tyler, featuring some of the campest action scenes ever committed to film and taking audiences on a hilarious whirlwind for 2004 this is a not to be missed opportunity to see a true classic of the LGBTQ+ film canon on the big screen.

This screening is made possible with support from Film Hub North’s Art of Action Fund.

Part of Bradford Queer Film Festival.
