Bollywood class @ The Thornbury Centre

A one hour session run by Salma's Bollywood Academy at the Thornbury Centre, Bradford.

The session will engage participants in a fun and enjoyable Bollywood workout delivered by a female keep fit instructor. It is recommended that participants wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers to make movement easy.
