Bingley 80th VE Day Anniversary Market Event

On Saturday 10th May the Bingley Remembrance Sunday Group, in collaboration with R.S.H Markets, is organising an anniversary event on the 10th May in the Market Square.

There will be classic army vehicles, food and performances for an all-round family fun day out as we mark the 80th anniversary of the defeat of fascism in Europe.

There will be war-time music ballads, modern buskers, drills from the cadets, a marching band and more.

There will also be army jeeps and other military vehicles, as well as civilian cars from the period.

All the above accompanied by range of food vendors providing classic post-war favourites, to more modern bites.
