Celebrate Bradford’s rich diversity at the Intercultured Festival, a ten-day festival featuring a wide array of cultural experiences that uplift the voices of the community.

At City Park, discover three compelling films created with staff on homelessness, including Apna Heritage and Diary of a Refugee Kid.

Explore the Purani Yaadein exhibition, a captivating series of pull up banners that delve into desi heritage and community, or visit Bradford Cathedral for the thought-provoking Humanity Cartoons Exhibition, which shed a light on the refugee experience.

At Bradford Cathedral, unwind with a relaxing sound bath led by Laura Kewitz, or participate in a collaborative, inclusive drumming circle. Dive deeper into female empowerment with Flow of Feminine Wisdom, a journey around the Feminine Wisdom Wheel that reclaims the power of sisterhood.

Food lovers, indulge in cooking workshops or enjoy sumptuous meals: learn how to cook tasty Sudanese dishes, or enjoy a five-course Palestinian dinner prepared by Bradford’s local Palestinian community.

Join Pahari Poetry Mushaira with Nabeela Ahmed and fellow poets for a celebration of poetry, songs and stories from artists around the country, or attend Bradford Writes at City Library, where published authors share their work. Come and listen to a selection of published writers at Bradford Writes, hosted at City Library. Participate in an open mic session led by musician Liam Sullivan, welcoming all instruments and genres.

In Teens Run the World,  young people can delve in to a range of activities exploring arts, crafts and culture of today. Get involved with a world art workshop with Jane Sedgewick, Mehndi with Sonia & team and more!

Create your own lantern with Cecil Green Arts at City Library and be a part of a fantastic annual parade in Lister Park.

The festival finale brings the Commoners Ball, where everyone is encouraged to wear their culture with pride. Held at the elegant French Ballroom in the Midland Hotel, this vibrant celebration of diversity promises a night full of entertainment.
